Welcome to the Media Center
Mission
Group 1 Middle School Media Center serves students in grades 6 - 8. It is our mission to provide resources in order to meet all the needs of our students, faculty, staff members, and the community as a whole. We seek to promote literacy, to meet the Standards of the 21st Century Learner, and to transform our students into independent, lifelong learners.
Media Center Hours
7:30am – 4:00pm Monday thru Friday
*Teachers – If needed, you may schedule blocks of time in the media center outside normal hours by appointment.
Policies
Students may check out up to three items at a time for two weeks at a time. Overdue items and/or fines will block students from checking out additional materials. Reference books may be checked out for 24 hours at a time, and students must have approval from a teacher to check out these materials.
